About NAS Greenwich

The NAS Greenwich branch was started in 1998 by a group of parents of autistic children who wanted to share their knowledge and experience to support other families connected to Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASCs).

The branch has over 400 members with an increasing number of adults and professionals represented.

It is run solely by volunteers who share spare time; please note we are not permitted or qualified to provide advice or advocacy services at branch level. Please our national site at http://nas.org.uk for such services.

The NAS Greenwich branch:

  • provides local information on where to obtain advice and support for autism related issues
  • runs community support groups for adults and children, (soon to come) more speaker events and meet ups
  • fundraises via grants and donations
  • does local campaigning and influencing using grassroots feedback to represent your views as well as deliver our national campaigns to Greenwich

We recommend joining the national branch and specifying Greenwich as home branch. As our website is packed full of local events, services and information, please browse around and make sure to sign up for our newsletter!
