South East London Transforming Care Partnership forum needs people

This is a really good opportunity for people to champion change and have a lasting effect on services for people with a learning disability, mental health challenge and/or autism and those with behaviour that challenges services in South East London and nationally.

About the forum

The South East London Transforming Care Partnership forum is a very active and well-informed group of family/carers have been working together effectively as a forum for the past year but it is now time for the forum to grow so that it has a broader and louder voice. The forum meets every two months to influence and have their say on the Transforming Care Agenda.  The South East London Transforming Care Partnership Board will consult the forum on Transforming Care Agenda issues and local plans.  All participants are paid the London Living Wage to attend plus travel time.
