Preparing for Adult Life

It is very important that every child with autism or Asperger syndrome has a well-made plan to set them up for adult life. This needs to be done both for those with and for those without statements or EHC plans.

NAS Transition Support Service This is a free service for parents and carers of children in year 9 and above that can help young people with making the transition from school to adult life or further education.
